Every review is based on: BBB rating and complaint history (verified directly from BBB.org), Trustpilot score (verified directly from Trustpilot.com, not self-reported), pricing transparency, minimum order requirements, shipping policies, storage options, and buyback programs. We weight reputation and complaint patterns heavily — a company's track record matters more than its marketing.
